We want to maintain our commitment and services to our customers using all the necessary protection measures available.
To help us protect you, other customers, and our staff, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE if you:
- Have a fever or flu-like symptoms
- New shortness of breath
- Dry cough
- Feel sick
- Or anyone you are in contact with, is under mandatory or self-quarantine
Instead, please contact your primary care or personal physician for proper instructions. Please call us to reschedule your appointment to a later time, when you have been feeling well for at least 2 weeks, and are clear of any quarantine.

Taking extra steps to keep you safe!
We are always concerned about the safety of our customers and staff. The team at AccuQuest is doing everything it can to prevent the spread of viruses in our centers.
This includes using antibacterial cleaners in our offices and headquarters, sterilizing instruments, door handles and anything else that individuals come in contact with, and staying abreast of the latest recommendations of the CDC and local authorities.
As with other healthcare professionals, to the extent that we can, we are keeping our offices open as local mandates and staffing allow.
